I am currently doing whatever until I figure out what my new plan is. I may do RTS, since Danny, Nate, and Renee all seem to think very highly of it, but for now, I'm just doing a basic 5x5 workout with one or two lower body exercises, an upper body pull, and an upper body push. Auxiliary stuff may be done afterwards.
Power Clean: 2@70, 80, 90
The left side of my lower back, the usual side, was giving me a few problems during these. I think it's primarily because I've been sitting on my butt for the last few days recovering from my illness. I'll be sure to warm up a bit more thoroughly just in case.
Back Squat: 5x5@295
These felt pretty strong. It's amazing how much easier 5x5 is than 5x7. Then again, I'm also not sick. And I got plenty of rest.
Pullup: 5x5@65
Military Press: 5x5@155
These were done as a superset.
Ab Wheel Rollout: 2x5
I felt tired and decided to call it quits. Plus, it was getting late, and I was getting hungry.
I tried a few of the stretches Nate suggested for my adductor, which still feels a little weird, but is fine to use, as the squats above suggest. I will do (1) the butterfly stretch, (2) the leg press stretch, and (3) the adductor machine stretch. Each of those definitely hit the spot, and I could feel the tightness in my left adductor.

I never understood the smolov stuff. What's the point of following olympic lifting programs? It's a waste of time and doesn't develop real strength (Louie said it, so this must be true).
