Comments: Press still stalled but at least the four reps this time were easier than last week. I keep losing the groove a bit on one of the reps with this weight. If I don't hit 5 next week I think it may be time to change things.
Chins going well. It's looking like I can get a steady 2.5 lb per week right now which is very good.
Squat was easier to 3x5 with 265 this time. I feel comfortable going to 270 next time.
Curling pain in the wrist is completely gone. Not quite sure why but this is what I was hoping for with a lighter load but higher reps. Also they respond exceptionally well to lighter sets of 10; I could never make progress on sets of 5 with these.
