I haven't done front squats in about a year, though I have been doing lots of full cleans.
I did 5x5@190 today, which was pretty easy (could have done5x6) and I thought it was a PR, but actually I'll have to get 5x5@200. I also did 1x4@225 and 1@255, legs are pretty tired.
Also did one arm DB overhead presses and kneeling cable pull-downs all the way to my knees. I'm trying to build strength for a muscle up.
