I guess I can't really call these "lockout" days because I'm not doing much lockout work, but whatever.

I leaned back way too far on these. I still feel much weaker than I was about two months ago, probably because I haven't gained back all of the weight I lost for the meet.
Close Grip Bench: 8, 6, 6, 6 @ 220
Pullup: 4x8 @ 25
Tricep Pushdown: 3x10 @ 65
Face Pull: 3x10 @ 40
I was supposed to do conditioning today but didn't have time. Alas.
