Been almost 3 weeks since I last did chins. It went okay, I am probably going to aim for 3x6 at 265 before I go to 70 lb. I've found that chins like a little more volume than other lifts.
Got a bit stronger on the press from 2/23 to 2/25 but not enough to finish the 5th rep. So my wonderfully quick progress is slowing down (tears).
Band pull-aparts are experimental; apparently they are good on the shoulders. Hoping it helps with my left shoulder.
Deadlifts went fairly well. On the second rep of 430 I thought I let my back round excessively but upon reviewing the video it was fine. Apparently I've gained a good bit of strength then. In a couple of weeks the program calls for a double at my 1RM so I am a little nervous for that.
