Definitely a much better aerobic exercise than power cleans and maybe even running.
Squat:

Every rep felt like death. I need to make sure my upper back is tighter and really secure the bar on my shoulders. Last rep was good-morninged.
Bench:
45 x5, 65 x5, 95 x5, 115 x3, 135 x3, 155 x1,
175 x5 @8
Finally repping more than my bodyweight! And it was much easier than expected, first 3 reps were quite fast.
Pullups: 6
Neutral grip pullups: +20 x6, +40 x4
Chinups: +60 x3 x2
Dips: 8 x7
Wide grip Lat pulldowns: 110 x8 x3
