Less rest between sets than before.
Face pulls: 130lb x10 x3
Neutral grip chin ups: +25lb x8, 7, 5
Lateral raises: 20lb x10 x3
DB curls: 30lb x10 x3
DB shrugs: 90lb x10 x3
Took only a little over a hour.
Weight at 168.5 lbs. Working my way back up to over 175.
