Frank (8/31): Deadlift

These were OK, for the most part. There was some good morning-ing.

This might have been a bad idea. My lower back still isn't 100%, and when I pulled the first heavy single, I had a horribly rounded back and felt a little pop in my left lower back at lockout. At first I thought it was a good pop, like popping a knuckle, but now I'm not so sure. I'll see what I feel like tomorrow. If it's stiff again, then I am an idiot :-(.
