Standing vertical: 3x4
Running vertical: 3x3
Did not use basketball hoop to judge height, but all jumps were about 3 inches higher than it was in May. Tried to dunk a soccer ball after doing the good mornings and squats and hit the middle of the ball on the rim.
Single leg squats: +40lb x8 x3
Good mornings: 135lb x8 x3
Ball crunches: +15lb x10 x3
40 yard sprints: 8
