These all felt pretty good, though my hips were a little creaky at the beginning. I had to move up one notch on my belt though. I think I am getting tubby :-(. Moving it out allowed me to hit the proper position in the hole comfortably, though.

This was slow but didn't feel that hard. I cut it short because I tweaked my lower back a bit (it was already feeling funny when I came in, maybe from sleeping funny). It's due time for a slight deload anyway.

Stupid summer hours prevented me from doing some prehab work. Three cheers for fall hours.
