Need to work more on form and speed off the ground. Also did some box jumps between sets.
Pistol squats: 30lb x8 x3
Hanging leg raises: 10 x3
Swiss ball crunches: 10lb x10 x3
Leg curls: 95lb x8 x3
Weight: 166lb. Oh no! Can't wait until fall dining starts.

Strong pull, but it was pretty ugly. Next time make sure to get one of the more experienced guys (me, Rene, Chris, Andrey, Nathan, maybe others that slipped my mind) to take a look and give you some pointers. You may have to reduce the weight at some point also.
