I pitched forward on the 435 and lost it. I'm not sure I had it in me today anyway. Went back down to 405 to work on my form. and managed to stay pretty strict. I also loosened my belt by one notch since it sometimes feels like it's restricting my form a bit in the hole.

I was mainly just experimenting with speed pulls here. I'm guessing the weights for the chains. I used 3 pairs, 1 pair of single-link chains and 2 pairs of double-link chains, but they didn't fully leave the floor at lockout. Next time, I will probably use fewer chains if the EliteFTS guidelines are roughly right. I got pulled forward on the second heavy single, but it wasn't a hard pull.
