One of the problems the other lifters noticed on Sunday was that I tend to lose the bar in front of me at the bottom of the squat. I tried hard to make sure the bar was on the back of my foot by sitting a little farther back. I also think Lauren/Ross/Andrey's observations are all getting at the same thing which is that the bar tends to be centered around the front of my foot when squatting. I need to fix that.

My biceps were painfully sore from tire flipping, so I passed on my other pulling movements.
