I've been making good progress with the vertical program. Workout 4B felt easy enough for me to adjust my estimated maxes. I'll be working with 320 squat 1rm and 380 deadlift 1rm for the next 4 weeks.
For upper body pressing movements, I have only been doing Starting Strength style progression with overhead and bench press on Sundays, with some occasional dips and overhead presses on leg days when I have the time/energy. I'm back to where I was for overhead press before the last deload, but still not quite there for bench. I discovered 2 things that I should change that wasn't working for bench. Doing only 5x3 one time per week is not enough frequency or volume and that the slightly higher benches in the power racks allow me to keep more stable than the bench racks. I will follow Sheng's program for bench while continuing with the vertical program.
Today is pretty much an off day. I just tried to add a bit more frequency/volume in doing upper body movements. I discussed with Sheng afterwards to form the plan.
Bench:

Just trying out the movement at Sheng's suggestion; part of the bench program from now on as assistance.

Speedy.
Dips: 13 x3
Not as speedy as planned.
