Keone (5/13) - Bench

Too much work!

I promised myself I wouldn't go to the gym today until I finished a lab I have been working on all week. Well, I finally finished at 9:30 pm after a frustrating few hours and a nap, so I got to the gym at about 10. No deadlift.
