I just weight myself after workout, I am 187 pounds now, I need to cut 6 pounds before the meet.

  1. Or you could just be our resident 198. I mean, last time you were trying to eat and drink a lot before weigh-in to jump a class...

  2. Well, last time I wanted to jump class because it might make a better result for our team, but it turned out even if I didn't make it, we still got the team champion. And if I jumped to 198 last time, the result would be the same.
    This time, because there is a slight chance I might be able to reach the elite level of 181 weight class: http://www.rawpowerlifting.com/pdf/RAWClassificationStandards.pdf
    But it's really really hard though to reach the gym maxes(including the hitched deadlift) for all three in one meet , especially when I have to cut. But anyway it's worth a try.

    the guy who wins the 315 contest does 18 reps. But some of them are not to full ROM.
