Mid-Shin Pulls: 365x6x2
Military Press: 105x5x3
Chinups: +0x8x3
Cable Crunches: (Stack)x10x3

4/23:
Bench Press: 175x5x3
Pause Squat: 275x3x3
Cable Crunches: (Stack)x10x3
Prowler Sprints (30 yards): +50x2; +90x4
Chinups: +0x8x3

I'm thinking of taking the next month off due to impending work, but most likely that won't happen.
