Chris - 3/5

5/3/1 Cycle 5, Week A

Deadlifts (belted):
70kgx5, 90kgx5, 110kgx3
275x5
310x5
350x8
These really hurt my hands. I felt like I had really weak grip and no leg drive.

315x4x4
I set the last one down a bit hard, which sent a splitting pain through my left wrist. I don't know if I have wrist problems/should invest in a wrap now rather than later, but I think my body's trying to tell me something.

Front Squat:
45x5
No. Not happening. Wrists hurt too much.

Good Mornings:
45x8; 85x8; 115x8
135x8x4
Easy...

Prowler Sprints:
+0x3; +50x6
No drive. These felt really bad, and I was going fetal by the 4th set of +50.

We'll see how I feel come Monday.
