My triceps hurt coming in, I was tired, whinewhinewhine.

Military Press:
50x5; 70x5; 80x3
90x5; 100x5; 115x5

Paused Bench Press:
135x4x1
150x4x3
155x4x3
These were looking really ugly by the end.

Dumbbell Rows:
35x5; 65x5
Left: 100x15x2
Right: 100x15x2
