sheng(2/5) opener

My opener will be 180 kgs.

Bench Press
5x45, 5x95, 5x135, 5x185, 5x225, 1x260, 1*290

I was originally going to triple this, but waiting for the press command, I couldn't get the second rep.
My opener will be 135 kgs.

Deadlift
5x135, 5x225, 5x315, 3x365, 3x405,
3x495@ 10-
I'm opening at 225 kgs for this.

My overall goal for the meet will be a 1300lb or so total. My three attempts will probably look something like this:

Squat: 180/192.5/197.5
Bench: 135/147.5/152.5
Deadlift: 225/245/260

Since this is my first meet, I might just go a little conservative for my first attempt since I need to get use to the rules.

  1. Seems sensible. I might make the first to second lift jumps a little smaller, though. Maybe something like this:

    Squat: 180/190/197.5
    Bench: 135/145/152.5
    Deadlift: Looks fine
