Frank (2/5): Openers

Back Squat
5x45, 5x135, 5x185, 5x225, 3x275, 3x315, 1x365, 1x390
3x415 @ 10
I rounded on the last one. My opener will be 187.5 kgs.

Bench Press
5x45, 5x95, 5x135, 3x185, 3x225, 1x260
1x290 @ F
I was originally going to triple this, but between not having sleeves and waiting for the press command, I couldn't get the second rep. The sleeves deceive :(.
1x280 @ 9+
My opener will be 127.5 kgs.

Deadlift
5x135, 5x225, 5x315, 3x365, 3x405, 1x455, 1x495, 1x535
2x565 @ 10
Man, I've never failed my openers so badly. I'm opening at 252.5 kgs for this.

My overall goal for the meet will be a 1350lb or so total. My training hasn't been that great lately, so I'll be happy if I just beat my previous meet total and match my gym total. My three attempts will probably look something like this:

Squat: 187.5/197.5/205 (413/435/451)
Bench: 127.5/135/140 (281/297/308)
Deadlift: 252.5/267.5/282.5 (556/590/623)

So, pretty much opener, meet PR, PR (except for deadlift, since my meet PR is very close to my all time PR). I also weighed in at 179 after this session, so I'm comfortably in 181 territory for now. I do need to figure out where those 2 pounds went, though. I want them back...
