Left tricep hurt after squats (flexibility & bar dropping a tiny bit on LHS).

Need to spend some time improving bench form. Under Brian's supervision and light weight, this was better, but I was still pretty gassed from squats and the first few sets of bench. Will try again Friday and next week. This will definitely be my weak point for the meet, although, um, everything's kind of a weak point :)

Squat 115, some failures though... should probably cut weight
Bench 120 seemed pretty solid
Deadlift 50kg, form improving (thanks Brian)
I need to be a better coach. I keep getting distracted by heavy singles and stuff.
