sheng (1/29)

Today I did squat, deadlift and bench before Frank and JC came. Then I tried to learn squat using low bar from Frank and JC. Right now the main problem for me using low bar is it hurt a lot when the bar is resting on my lower shoulders, I guess I just need to get use to that. Finally, Frank and Shanker helped me with my form on deadlift, thank you guys! Today, all together I stayed at gym for more than 3 hours.
squat (high bar): 45*5+95*5+135*5+185*5+225*5+275*5+315*5+365*4+375*2+415*f
deadlift: 70kg*5+110kg*5+150kg*4+180kg*3+210kg*2+240kg*1
bench: 45*5+95*5+135*5+185*5+225*5+310*2+335*1+345*f
squat (low bar): 45*5+95*5+135*5+185*5+225*5+275*5+315*4+365*3*2
deadlift (working on the form): 135*5+225*5+315*4+365*4+405*2+455*1+495*1
