Everyone was at the Z center today? I only saw Keone and Garrett.
Lifted yesterday, but came today because we basically did nothing for crew today.
Squats:
warmups
185 x5 x2
Keone informs me that I've actually been doing high bar squats the whole time. :O
Low bar squats:
135 x5 x2 Just to get used to the form; seem to be harder on the torso and easier on the legs.
chinups:
8 x4
dumbbell overhead press:
35lb each hand x8 x3
Took it easy so that I can go to crew practice early in the morning and get ready for Sunday's serious training.
