JC (1/25)- Intensity Bench

Last time I did intensity bench I said I was confident I could do 325 for 3 reps. I was wrong.

Bench-
325x1

The second rep felt a bit easier because I implemented more leg drive (thanks Nate!)

225-5x5
Just practicing how to use leg drive.

Pullups-
3x8

Shrugs- built up to just 315. Did around 30 reps

Biceps stuff

Ab roller- 3x5

Cardio

  2. Did you end up going at 2pm? I asked some dude who I thought would be you, but he wasn't. I don't know what you look like, but I figured I would know the difference between those guys who dick around and a guy who can bench 300+.
