Frank (1/24): Lockout, Intensity

Reverse Band Bench (20-75)
5x135, 5x185, 5x225, 3x275, 1x315
3x335 @ 9
3x345 @ 9+
3x345 @ 10
I wasn't quite sure what weight to use, but this seemed about right for a heavy triple.

Close-Grip Bench
2x275 @ F
2x275 @ 10
I just looked back at my old logs and realized that 2x280 was already @ 10ish, so my failure at tripling 275 should have been no surprise. That'll learn me to use my logs more diligently.

Fat Bar Pullups: 3x8 @ 45
Pullups: 8 @ 45
Dips: 4x8 @ 90
Dumbbell Preacher Curl: 2x6 @ 45
