Frank (1/26): Squat, Intensity

Back Squat

Hardish. I probably could have gotten in another set, but my back has been feeling a little wonky, and I didn't want to push it too hard. I think I'm going to try opening at around 415 if I can manage to triple that in two weeks time.

Sumo Deadlift

Ab Rollout: 3x6
I'll be switching up my off-day ab exercises (when I usually do pulldowns). I would like to keep doing rollouts, though, since it's kind of my "max effort" ab movement...
