Frank (1/20): Lower

Back Squat

None of these were particularly hard, but I had to good-morning a few. It's almost become a deliberate decision in order to move more weight. Not a good habit.

Sumo Deadlift

I'm doing these mainly as a combo deadlift/squat assistance because my hips are super weak. I had a really hard time breaking these off the floor at first and still tend to adopt a semi-convential-type pull (i.e. hips starting too high).
