I was kinda slow on the way down, and tried to explode once the bar touched my chest.
Dips (BW+45)- 2x12
Tricep extensions-
52.5x10
62.5x10
67.5x10
Too easy, next time will go heavier.
Not very many sets, but I'm following the program as is. Next cycle I'll make adjustments. Week 2 done.
