JC (12/6)- Volume Bench

Bench press:
Warm ups
Work set-
245- 2x10

Close grip bench:
215- 2x10

Incline bench:
200x8
200x7
Getting better at these. Fatigue is also a factor in me not being able to get 10 reps. W/e, next week is 8 reps... Also, I'm not pulling these numbers out of my a$$- I'm following the Ed Coan Bench program (3 months long).

Biceps biceps biceps- 12 sets total (~100 reps).

Ankle is doing better, but I don't see myself doing any kind of lower work for some time...

Edit: Forgot to mention that my lifting buddy hit 300 on bench today- very proud of him and his progress. @Frank: Hes 180 lbs and been lifting consistently for 4 months.... ;)
