Um. I've been pulling all-nighters left and right this week. So much for properly starting off this cycle.
That said:
12/2-3, 5/3/1 Squat, Bench
(done at 9:00AM on 12/3 following an all-nighter, but I still consider it 12/2)
Squat (belted):
45x5; 95x5; 140x5; 175x5; 210x3
230x5
265x5
300x9
Good given my condition. Poor because I could have whipped out another one or two if I were fresh.
Bench Press:
45x5; 65x5; 85x5; 100x3
110x5
125x5
140x10
Again, I could definitely have whipped out more reps if I were fresh. But what can you do.
Bench Press (assistance):
135x6; 135x6; 135x6; 135x6
Not particularly hard.
Dips (unweighted):
15; 13; 10
Got a massive headache after the third set, so called it quits.
12/4, 5/3/1 Military Press, Deadlift
Military Press:
45x5; 50x5; 60x5; 70x3
75x5
90x5
100x11
Eh. Shoulders were still feeling pretty tired.
Deadlift:
140x5; 180x5; 215x3
230x5
265x5
300x15
I still got it, it seems.
Military Press (assistance):
95x6; 90x7; 85x8; 80x9; 75x10
Chinups:
+0x8; +25x8; +25x8; +25x8
