Inverted Row: 4,6,8 (Smith machine kept getting used by somebody for some dumb shit, so i switched)
Barbell Row (kg): 12x40, 10x45, 10x50, 10x55, 10x60
Seated Row (no hip extension): 20x70, 15x80, 12x90
