My knees drift too far forward. I don't know if I actually want to fix this, though I may decide to try my new wrestling shoes for squatting in the future.

For some reason, my training session took 3 hours today, and by the end, I was running entirely on fumes. I'll have to be more diligent about keeping my sessions to a reasonable length.

  1. T think that very few people can complete this workout in less than 3 hours.
