Deirdre: Testing the twitter feed

Right now we only send posts that contain 'deirdre' or 'nathan'. If people want their posts to go to the feed, wave your hands.

Or rather, if anyone doesn't want their posts to be linked on twitter (only a small description and url are being tweeted) tell me.

    Ok your updates are going to twitter, and now the facebook page. It looks for posts that have 'Frank' or 'Jancarlo' or mine or Nathan's names and then posts those.
