JC (10/30)- 5/3/1 Deadlift Week 1

Deadlift-
240x5
275x5
310x6 (double overhand grip)
Very humbling, to say the least.

Deadlift (assistance)-
225- 5x10

Ab pulldown-
190- 2x25

  1. For your working set use a competition grip. If this happens to be double overhand, fine, but given the huge mechanical disadvantage of this vs. mixed, I would suggest the latter.
