Frank (10/5): Squat, Volume 2

I'm getting a little sick and was feeling like crap coming in.

Back Squat

Routine.

Power Clean
3x70, 3x80, 2x90
3x95 @ 8
3x95 @ 8

Some were full cleaned. When I'm sick, my strength is usually still there, but my power goes out the window.

Oly Squat: 4x8 @ 245
Ab Rollout: 3x6

I actually felt better after lifting than before, but that's something I've experienced before as well. At least this means it's not a serious illness.
