Shanker Hill Sprints

Why do I bother logging this?
Because I'm actually quite proud...
120-140 yard hill, 10-12% incline 6 times, first three done rapid fire (sprint up, jog down, no rest), the last 3 done with 45 second breaks after each "repetition."

This wasn't too hard actually, I'd do them everyday if Boston actually had something resembling a hill (and no Beacon Hill doesn't count, turns out the hoity toity people who live there don't appreciate getting bumped into on a Friday night).

Moral of story: Shanker is not a fat slob. Also, the Vermont mosquitoes make you run them faster. Bloodsucking bastards.
