Overhead Press: 150lbs x5 reps x3 sets
Bench Press: 165lbs x8 reps x3 sets
Lateral Raises: 25lbs x8 reps x2 sets, 30lbs x8 reps
Hanging Leg Raises: 8 reps, 6 reps, 4 reps

6min rest in between OP sets. Bench Press was hard. Laterals were easy. Hanging leg raises were funky.

Belted Deadlifts: 375lbs x5reps x3 sets
High Bar Squats (non-belted) 185lbs x5 reps x3 sets
Chin-ups: 55lbs x5 reps x2 sets, 55lbs x4 reps +0
DB rows: 70lbs x8 reps, 75lbs x8 reps x2 sets
forgot rotator cuff stuff

Deads were hard, High Bar Squats were fine. Next time I'll do deads, chins, squats, and rows. Rows were easy. I also forgot my grip work.
