Edit- Whoops. I lied. I remember I tried 155 twice. The first time I didn't make the lift because my left shoulder gave out and something kinda popped. I'm ok, but the shoulder does feel a bit weird. I should be focusing on technique anyways. :(

Was a pretty easy PR. Finally hit 3 plates:)

ReplyDeleteYeah Frank, my left shoulder is definitely not ok. I actually woke up several times last night because of the pain. To think my shoulders had not given me problems in months.
