Frank (8/14): Deadlift, Volume 1

The last rep was slow, but not hard. There was a little bit of form breakdown, but nothing that a little more focus wouldn't have fixed.

Oddly enough, the first set was just as hard as the last. I started developing a headache about half way through my sets.

Front Squat: 4x8 @ 155
Ab Pulldown: 3x15 @ 190
