  1. Good to see that you're back in action. What does 5SM stand for? I think that 220 is the heaviest weight ever in week 1 (5x5).

    @Danny yes, the little tweaks I made to grip width and foot placement have made a noticeable difference. Also, 12 days off does wonders for strength...
