Blegh, volume bench days take forever because of the TM light squatting and the huge number of sets.

  1. This is because you must move the bar from a high position to a low position, back to a high position. My extremely insightful suggestion, do squats after MP. Less movement of plates involved too. I take it they don't cover optimization in Harvard Economics? hehehe...

  2. That's actually not a bad suggestion since it leaves me fresh for benching and gives me some rest before dumbbell presses. And at Harvard, they teach us to hire MIT students to do our optimization. We study more important things.
