Chris - 8/14

TM - Intensity

Belt arrived, so all weights at or above 315lbs were belted. Also did this on four hours of sleep because of drunk people on hall.

Squat (belted):
Warmup - 45x5; 95x5; 135x4; 185x3; 225x2; 275x1; 315x1; 335x1

Blah.

Bench Press:
Warmup - 45x5; 75x5; 105x4; 120x3; 140x2; 160x1; 175x1
190x1; 190x1; 190x1; 190x1; 190x0
Used a slightly wider grip (pinky barely touching lines on bar).

Deadlift (belted):
Warmup - 135x5; 185x4; 225x3; 275x2; 315x1; 340x1; 365x1
385x3
I don't even remember how the last rep went, but I do remember wanting to take a long nap afterwards.

Dips:
+0x5; +25x2; +50x5; +50x5; +50x5
