felt like vomiting after this, so instead of more rows did a few sets of chins, pullups, wide grip pullups: BWx10ish

Core stuff

Prowler: put 50 lbs on the thing and pushed it around the parking lot for a bit, maybe 1/8th of a mile or so, with random 45 second breaks.

Also somehow managed to consume around 5000 calories today, not entirely sure how since I wasn't really trying...

  1. Maybe you took shots of olive oil without knowing it. I basically ate and drank the entire day and still totaled in the mid 3000's... visits to New York almost invariably mean cheat days like crazy.
