Justin - Update

Hi,

I just finished a 12 week WSBB template. I did this while cutting, so while my new maxes are comparable to my old, I'm 20 lbs lighter.

Squat - 360
Dead - 375
Bench 315 (@Aaron, legitimate this time, ass securely stuck to the bench)

Going to be doing a month of Defranco's WS4SB and then football practice starts. Sweet.
