TM - Recovery
Squat:
Warmup: 45x5; 95x4; 135x3; 185x2
225x5; 225x5

Military Press:
Warmup: 45x5; 60x4; 80x3
100x3; 100x3; 100x3

Pullups:
+0x4; +10x2; +25x5; +25x5; +25x5

Not sure whether to swap military press for bench on Saturday. My default lift (i.e. I don't give it any more thought) will probably be bench.
