Aaron's Squat Day

High Bar Belted Squat: 275lbs x5 reps x3 sets
Bench Press 185lbs x5 reps, 175lbs x5 reps, 175lbs x5 reps
Pendlay Rows with a pause at the top: 140lbs x5 reps, 150lbs x5 reps, 160lbs x5
Thick Bar holds 225lbs x20 sec. x3 sets

Rotator cuff stuff.

Most stuff was decently hard. I backed off on bench just so I could have some room to grow. All the stretching paid off and I squat past depth in squats. Pendlay Rows were done with a pause so I could attempt to have some form.

Did some sparring yesterday. Nose is a little tender. Some easy plyos. Strength training definitely helps and carries over. Including bench press. I'd also venture to say my cardio isn't too bad at all. All the walking around campus and 3-5min sets have my heart pumping.
