Shanker: Deadlift 05/11

Realized that it is necessary to be awake to deadlift properly...
Actually I had a dream about lifting last night, yes, my life IS that sad.

Moderate difficulty, Pat called my reps "blazing fast" which made my night. I think, given how much I have been traveling and how little I have been lifting (3 days a week for the past 3 weeks), that I am going to screw the break I had planned on taking next week. I feel healthy and well rested, so why not? Instead I will redo last weeks lifts and then progress according to the plan. No travel planned until after the meet, so I shall be getting plenty of rest and plenty of food and and plenty of sleep in my own bed.

  1. If your dream also had hot chicks lifting / doing cardio / whocareswhat, this is ok. But if you had big sweaty men in tight outfits, this is NOT ok, unless of course the tight outfits are Inzer MaxDL suits.
