Shanker: 05/24 Beaten the hell up

Aright, that's it. Screw the progression...I'm taking the rest of the week off and will test openers next week. As I type this I am hopped up on ibuprofen, with ice packs on most of the significant joints in my body.

275x3 (I'm still looking for the !@*%^ who stole one of my steps...I got under 275 sit back and go a whole 3-4 inches deeper than expected. Some mystery idiot took one of my steps and put the blue pad back on top. Dumped the bar behind me and reset. If anyone else finds this "Step weasel" please notify me as we will need to be having a very stern chat)

Triceps acted up again...badly, when I went to 345. Hence my intense desire to screw this week of training and rest. When body yells at me (actually in this case it was more like a smack in the face coupled with a right hook), I listen.

Nuts.
