JC (05/25)- Upper 1

Bench Press-
185-5x5
easy peasy.

Triceps
Skull Crushers@75-3x12
Tricep extensions@55-1x12
@45-2x12
My triceps were killing me, so I lowered the weight so as to actually complete the sets.

Seated Rows@180-3x12
Dumbbell Rows@65-3x12
I'm not used to Dumbbell Rows, so I'll be increasing the amount of weight as I get stronger.

  1. Now that finals are over (not sure about that), the next few months are a good time to gain some momentum in training. Just ask Frank to point you in the right direction as far as lifting programs are concerned, and I'm sure you can be a legit powerlifter in 2-3 years (just to clarify, 2-3 years = very quickly).
